This is a secondary party space built on an Atherton California estate. The space is jokingly called the “garage mahal“ The clients were in a quandary over what style their new building should have. Barry presented a Moroccan theme that inspired the clients to make a quick trip to Morocco where they purchased 4 containers of antiques and textiles to integrate into the design. The bar/kitchen serves the upstairs area with its own men’s and ladies room. A long staircase leads to a lower level disco and band performing area. A gym for the family is also below. Definitely thematic this was a fun adventure of interior designing.
