This small apartment for a “wine country” couple serves as a great home while working in the City. It’s location near the waterfront and financial area is ideal for enjoying urban life. The couple expressed wanting a fresh colorful contemporary look and feel for this apartment. We warmed up the white walls, installed great lighting and added texture with wallcoverings. The bright accents and carefully placed mirrors make for a light happy feel. There was very little closet and storage space so we created it in the bedroom and went up about 11 feet vertically. This apartment functions well and is joyful.
